📋 Description

• Tackle strategic and operational challenges by analyzing large and complex datasets
• Enable product teams to independently navigate Amplitude dashboards and make informed decisions
• Provide actionable recommendations from A/B tests to shape the product roadmap
• Build and scale a robust data infrastructure that addresses both BI and data science needs
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data (analysis, engineering, or science)
• Track record of delivering fast in a high-tempo environment
• Hands-on experience modeling and analyzing high-volume, user-level data
• Proven history of shipping data science projects into production
• Hands-on experience building with modern AI: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows
• Fluent in French and English
