📋 Description

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with data center operators and developers, colocation
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date overview of available and upcoming infrastructure capacity
• Identify and connect available capacity with customers requiring infrastructure resources, working
• Respond rapidly to urgent customer requests for data center capacity, providing reliable
• Structure, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements with infrastructure and capacity providers
• Bring data center partners into customer engagements alongside silicon and server partners

🎯 Requirements

• Established, direct relationships with data center operators and developers, colocation providers
• Proven experience sourcing infrastructure capacity, including megawatts (MW) or GPU resources
• Deep and current knowledge of the AI data center landscape, including capacity availability
• Strong commercial judgment and demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate strategic
• Technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including power requirements, cooling
• Strong deal-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand the commercial priorities
