• Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial and executives to shape priorities
• Drive AI-led development and set the technical bar across the function

• Proven experience leading data engineering or ML teams
• Track record delivering data/ML platforms with measurable impact
• Hands-on technical credibility and a penchant for detail
• Translate complex tech into clear business narratives
• Strong commercial acumen; comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal English
