📋 Description

• Lead a team of data scientists/analytics engineers in Finance
• Own metric governance and single source of truth for top-line metrics
• Develop data models, pipelines, and metrics for FP&A and reporting
• Improve data quality with Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations
• Evolve Finance data architecture (DBT, Snowflake)
• Bring AI/automation into Finance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading distributed teams in Finance with SOX/public reporting
• Systems thinking: data flow from source to report with governance as core
• Comfort with coding or modeling and presenting to CFO/leadership
• Strong technical bar with curiosity about business problems
• Forecasting/planning data needs; audit-ready inputs
• Strong communication across technical teams and senior leadership
