• Own the underwriting data system end-to-end: ingest, train, infer, API.
• Collaborate with Head Actuary to translate priorities into work.
• Drive continuous improvement of the underwriting model and monitor drift.
• Improve iteration speed across the underwriting pipeline.
• Set engineering standards and data function practices.

• Enterprise data architecture for production ML.
• Python proficiency; deploy ML models in production.
• Healthcare data experience: claims, codes.
