Head of Data Operations

📋 Description

• Own D&I's operational planning; scope and resource projects.
• Translate roadmap priorities into structured plans with owners and timelines.
• Monitor progress against milestones; identify risks and blockers.
• Manage team capacity across Analytics Engineers and Developers.
• Lead D&I ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives.
• Coordinate inbound support requests; prioritise and resolve promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data, analytics or technical operations.
• 2+ years directly managing analytics engineers or similar.
• Proven delivery planning and operational coordination experience in data/engineering.
• Strong experience running team ceremonies and agile processes.
• Hands-on with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Right to work in the UK; able to work from the London office 3+ days/week.
