📋 Description

• Own data methodology, quality, and accuracy for private investor data.
• Define data strategy and prioritize data sources and enrichment streams.
• Build and scale a nascent data product into a market-leading truth source.
• Lead, hire, and mentor a high-caliber data analytics team.
• Partner with partnerships, product, and data engineering teams.
• Lead accuracy escalations and translate methodologies for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data-intensive roles owning data quality and methodology.
• Experience building/scaling a data function and leading teams.
• Deep SQL proficiency; data pipelines design and quality controls.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs to messy data problems (tagging, enrichment).
• Strong prioritization and tradeoff decisions across accuracy, cost, speed, and customer impact.
• Clear communication; able to translate data challenges into action for customers.
