• Build and lead a cohesive team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling a data function within a product-led, B2B SaaS, AI, or
• A deep understanding of modern data science and analytics practices, including cohort analysis, A/B
• A solid grasp of data engineering fundamentals, such as data modeling and orchestration.
• A track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary data teams.
• Willingness to learn fast and find practical solutions to hard problems.
