Head of Delivery - RPO & MSP

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce delivery for global clients (NA/EMEA/APAC).
• Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and hiring targets with governance.
• Lead transformation initiatives to scale delivery, improve quality, and outcomes.
• Establish governance, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with global leaders to align priorities and strengthen client partnerships.
• Mentor and develop a large team; foster accountability and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years in recruitment operations, RPO, staffing, or talent delivery.
• Significant experience leading large-scale, global delivery teams in recruitment solutions.
• Strong experience supporting North America, EMEA, and APAC hiring markets.
• Proven success managing SLAs, KPIs, governance, and client-facing relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, continuous improvement, and scalable delivery.
• Experience driving adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
