Head of Demand Generation

📋 Description

• Build and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social
• Own the demand gen budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data and
• Partner with the Head of Product Marketing to align campaign messaging, positioning, and launch
• Evaluate and implement AI tools for campaign optimization, audience targeting, creative testing
• Partner with the Director of Marketing Technology and Development to build automated lead scoring
• Analyze full-funnel performance data — CAC, ROAS, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity — to

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, including
• Deep, hands-on expertise across paid channels: Google ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic/display
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools for campaign optimization, creative production
• Fluency in marketing analytics and attribution (GA4, marketing mix modeling)
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets
