📋 Description

• Own the demand generation strategy and establish targets for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and other
• Build and execute an integrated, multi-channel demand plan spanning ABM, paid and organic digital
• Develop global and localized campaigns that move prospects through the buying journey from
• Partner with Content and Product Marketing to define quarterly campaign strategies and coordinate
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists, establishing clear goals, accountability
• Remain hands-on in demand generation activities, taking direct ownership of selected programs while

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with a demonstrated track record of delivering
• 3+ years of people management experience, including developing marketing specialists into strong
• Experience marketing to the financial services industry is strongly preferred, particularly within
• Hands-on expertise across ABM, paid and organic digital marketing, field and virtual events
• Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that effectively move prospects through different
• Strong understanding of pipeline quality and revenue impact, with a willingness to prioritize
