Manage Automation department during rehearsals, performances, trainings, set-ups and tear-downs.
Assist Technical Director in hiring, training and supervising staff, including HR tasks.
Collaborate on budgets, forecasting and capital expense projections.
Lead special projects: research, purchasing, installation, equipment upgrades.
Maintain department documentation: equipment specs, cue tracks, maintenance logs.
Operate Automation systems during rehearsals and performances; run show tracks.

🎯 Requirements

Availability to tour internationally full-time and work abroad.
Degree in live entertainment, theatre production, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of professional automation experience in live entertainment.
Minimum 3 years in leadership in technical entertainment and 2 years touring.
Advanced knowledge of automation systems (consoles, PLCs, motors, control loops) and networking.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.
