Lead Wardrobe team under Technical Director and Wardrobe leadership
Oversee task lists, crew scheduling, rehearsals, trainings, and show calls
Conduct staff performance reviews and assist with hiring
Manage show budgets; maintain records and inventories
Manage inventory and procurement of supplies for maintenance
Establish systems for inspection and maintenance of costumes, shoes, and accessories

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as professional Costume Technician on large-scale productions
Experience leading projects and crews
MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP and Photoshop a plus
Extensive experience with theatrical costumes for large-scale productions
OSHA 30 course completion
Fluent in English; right to work in the United States
