Head of Design

📋 Description

• Set up and lead the in-house design team: structure, workflows, standards and tools
• Lead architectural and interior design for the project, in line with St. Regis brand standards
• Manage the buyer customisation process (finishes, FF&E, layout changes) from request to handover
• Coordinate external consultants, engineers and suppliers
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure design is buildable, on time and on budget
• Present design concepts and options to senior management and, where needed, to buyers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in architecture or interior design, including at least 3 years leading a design team
• Experience on luxury residential or branded residences projects
• Developer-side (client-side) experience managing design from concept through construction
• Strong technical delivery: coordination of drawings, specifications and consultants
• Fluent English
• Russian language (desirable)
