📋 Description

• Developing collection architecture and design briefs in close collaboration with Category
• Using customer insights, sales data and profitability to guide design decisions and strengthen
• Presenting design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, aligning creative ideas with
• Collaborating with Marketing, E-Commerce, Visual Merchandising and Sales & Expansion on
• Leading and developing the three-person Design team, setting clear priorities, providing
• Participating in range meetings, trade fairs and supplier visits in Denmark and abroad, travelling

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in design, product development, range management or category management within an
• The ability to define a clear design direction and translate it into practical design briefs and
• A strong understanding of Scandinavian design, including colours, materials, functionality and
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, using customer insights, sales data and profitability to
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships and create alignment
• Experience in leading and developing colleagues, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture
