📋 Description

  • Lead design strategy and quality across brand, product, and communications.
  • Own product design for the Radiant platform, including console and docs.
  • Shape visual identity, brand system, and creative direction with the CMO.
  • Build and maintain design systems for product UI and company design.
  • Partner with product and engineering to create intuitive experiences.
  • Establish design processes across research, prototyping, testing, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant experience leading design across product and brand.
  • Strong portfolio in digital product and visual/brand design.
  • Experience simplifying complex technical products for sophisticated users.
  • Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, IA, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of design systems, components, patterns, and accessibility.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build design teams.
