Head of Design, Product Design

📋 Description

• Own and ship your own design work from discovery through spec, in Figma, on hard problems
• Invest in each designer's growth, providing candid and specific craft-focused feedback and raising
• Amplify design's visibility, voice, and strategic impact; represent design in strategy, roadmap
• Join product and engineering at discovery, shape long-term roadmaps with PMs
• Own the design system and component library end to end: tokens, patterns, governance, contribution
• Design the system, not the screen, across seven product areas with shared primitives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading design in financial services (digital assets or another domain of genuinely
• Built and owned a design system at scale, not just used one
• Hands-on in Figma and a role model for craft; shipping design work today
• Deep in UX with strong product thinking, logical reasoning, and data-grounded decisions
• Experience managing designers and making them better
• Technically literate with APIs, data models, and engineering trade-offs
