📋 Description

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams across regions.
• Own craft quality and visual integrity of outputs across campaigns.
• Translate strategic objectives into scalable design systems and production methods.
• Establish and evolve creative standards, governance models, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Governance, Operations, AI Solutions, and Production.
• Drive AI-enabled creative workflows with craft, brand integrity, and accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design, art direction, or creative leadership roles.
• 4+ years leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Proven experience scaling design systems and high-volume content operations.
• Deep expertise in Figma and modern design system methodologies.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled creative workflows and agentic production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks, QA processes, and creative standards at scale.
