Head of Design System (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Set multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen across teams.
• Own Oxygen design system and ensure brand consistency.
• Establish cross-functional governance across Design, Product, Engineering, Brand.
• Drive cross-organizational adoption; measure adoption, coverage, velocity.
• Manage and grow a team of design system designers and engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design or design systems.
• Engineering fluency: understand design system tech architecture.
• Senior stakeholder management at Director level and above.
• Data-informed and outcome-oriented; measure metrics.
• Experience in regulated healthcare-adjacent context.
• Fluent in English.
