📋 Description

• Own the Domains business end-to-end: strategy, P&L, org design.
• Set multi-year vision and annual plans with milestones and budgets.
• Own commercial strategy: pricing, packaging, acquisition, retention.
• Lead partnerships with registries, resellers, and vendors.
• Develop scalable customer research to guide roadmaps; collaborate with Engineering.
• Own AI transformation agenda and build an AI-native team.

• 15+ years leadership in consumer product; DNS/domain expertise a plus.
• Proven track record from strategy to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Builder’s mindset: thrives in ambiguity; decisive; fast yet quality-focused.
• Partner effectively with engineering; cross-functional delivery; technical background a plus.
• Customer-obsessed: build for real people; validate with user feedback.
• Deep AI/ML understanding; direct AI transformation experience.
