Head of Education Policy, Government & Global Impact - India and South Asia

📋 Description

• Advance Roblox public policy priorities globally with policymakers and NGOs.
• Implement education policy strategy for India and South Asia.
• Build relationships with partners, educational institutions, edtech, and NGOs to advocate for Roblox's inclusion in curricula.
• Work with partners to identify and support local developers to create educational experiences on Roblox. Help developers monetize.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with regional and national education standards and AI tooling.
• Represent Roblox at regional conferences and policy discussions to advocate for digital learning innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or Marketing.
• 10+ years of experience in education policy, marketing, or political space.
• Knowledge of global edtech policy, gaming market, AI, creator economy, safety policy.
• Ability to conduct economic and social impact research.
• Experience with STEM, online safety, and NGOs.
• Excellent project management, writing, and communication.
