Head of EEA Legal, Deputy General Counsel

📋 Description

• Supporting OKX's business expansion in the EEA, acting as the primary legal point of contact for
• Supporting the business in virtually all legal coverage areas, including product development
• Analyzing and advising on the legal risk of new and existing digital assets and managing the legal
• Leading and managing lawyers covering the EEA to coordinate legal efforts and consistently achieve
• Collaborating with product and business development teams to achieve company-wide projects and
• Managing legal requests from all areas of the business and effectively advising on legal concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills, and excellent judgment.
• Self-starter who can contribute as both an individual and a team member, with limited reliance upon
• Law degree at a top-tier law school and qualified to practice law in the EEA.
• 14+ years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team, preferably in the
• Experience advising on digital asset and blockchain technology legal issues and strong
• Experience working with EU regulators and maintaining EU financial services and/or crypto exchange
