Head of Employee Experience

📋 Description

• Lead Org Effectiveness Consulting and HR Operations as one Employee Experience function
• Set strategic vision for employee-facing HR tools and self-service design
• Build cross-team goals and reduce silos across two teams
• Advise executive leadership on workforce effectiveness and culture
• Own change management and adoption of tools and processes
• Leverage technology, automation, AI, and analytics to improve engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in progressive HR roles incl. leadership of consulting and ops
• 5+ years leading teams across multiple HR disciplines
• Experience driving major change initiatives enabling self-service
• Strong HR compliance and operational risk knowledge
• Proven change agent with stakeholder management
• Excellent strategic/operational collaboration with leaders
