📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of blockchain-enabled capabilities; mentor and coordinate
• Own technical direction across full software lifecycle: architecture to deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in engineering or technical management; experience leading teams.
• At least 2 years hands-on blockchain development with Solidity/Ethereum.
• Strong understanding of blockchain apps, protocols, and Web3.js.
• Experience deploying blockchain apps and with smart contracts.
• Proficiency in multiple front-end/back-end languages and libraries (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS
