🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years engineering/tech management experience
• 2+ years hands-on blockchain dev with Solidity/Ethereum
• Strong Web3.js and blockchain dev knowledge
• Proficiency in JS/TS, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, AWS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
