Head of Engineer - Web3/Crypto

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of blockchain-enabled capabilities; manage and mentor engineering
• Own technical direction across the full software lifecycle: architecture, development, testing
• Develop scalable, reliable applications and databases; build blockchain apps with Solidity
• Develop secure systems for recording blockchain data and protecting transactions.
• Research, evaluate, design, and test emerging blockchain technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with product and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years engineering/technical management experience; proven leadership of development teams.
• At least 2 years hands-on blockchain development with Solidity/Ethereum or similar.
• Strong understanding of blockchain apps, protocols, and Web3.js.
• Experience deploying blockchain-based apps and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end languages/frameworks: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, jQuery, C#
