🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years engineering/technical management; lead teams
• At least 2 years hands-on blockchain development with Solidity/Ethereum
• Strong Web3.js understanding; blockchain apps knowledge
• Experience deploying blockchain apps and smart contracts
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, jQuery, C#, Java, Python
