Head of Engineer - Web3/Crypto

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of blockchain-based capabilities
• Own technical direction across full software lifecycle
• Develop scalable, reliable applications and databases
• Design and build blockchain apps using Solidity, JavaScript, Web3 libraries
• Develop secure systems for recording/storing blockchain data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with product goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years engineering/technical management experience
• At least 2 years blockchain development with Solidity/Ethereum
• Strong understanding of blockchain apps, protocols, Web3.js
• Experience deploying blockchain-based apps and smart contracts
• Proficiency in multiple languages/frameworks: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, jQuery, C#, Java, Python
