📋 Description

• Lead Evvy’s tech vision, architecture, and execution as we scale
• Build a scalable roadmap across engineering, AI, and data infra
• Stay hands-on with architecture, debugging, and problem-solving
• Establish practices for security, reliability, and quality
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and modern tooling in development
• Partner with ML and research to production AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience, 4+ in leadership
• Experience leading eng org through high-growth startups (Series B+)
• Experience building or scaling consumer/internal/data-intensive platforms
• Strong architectural instincts across web infra and AI-enabled systems
• Experience deploying AI tooling and workflows in software development
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and staying highly technical
