Head of Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead Eneba's engineering org (70+ engineers) across Software, Mobile, Security, IT Admin
• Drive technical decisions, people structure, process evolution, and AI adoption
• Own stability, reliability, and efficiency of Eneba’s core technology
• Mentor engineering managers and tech leads; foster accountability and ownership
• Collaborate with product/data to translate business needs into technical priorities
• Prepare platform and teams for scaling with minimal disruption

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience; 2+ years as Head of Eng/VP Eng
• Led 40+ engineer orgs; manager of managers across backend/frontend/mobile
• Hands-on with architecture/system design; earn trust of senior engineers
• Scaled teams in startup/high-growth; fast decisions in ambiguity
• Experience in consumer-facing product companies (marketplace, gaming)
• People leadership at scale; coached managers; handled restructures
