📋 Description

• Own overall technical architecture of CYBRET AI platform
• Set architecture decisions across backend, AI, data, infra
• Ensure platform is scalable, reliable, secure, observable
• Lead core platform components implementation
• Ship fast and secure with high quality
• Collaborate with product, AI, and security leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience leading engineering teams in complex production systems
• Deep hands-on background as a senior software or platform engineer
• Proven ability to design and scale distributed systems
• Strong judgment and ability to make hard technical decisions
• Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or AI-driven systems is a strong plus
