Head of Engineering

📋 Description

• Set and execute the technical vision for a new division (microservices, agentic AI, data pipelines)
• Build and lead a high-performance engineering team across US/EU, including hiring and retention
• Own the agentic AI engineering roadmap: development, reasoning, debugging in production
• Partner with data science to power LSP decision intelligence
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to close the loop between customer needs and product
• Represent engineering at leadership level and drive product strategy and GTM planning

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering defining and shipping large-scale products
• 8-10 years in engineering leadership managing high-performance teams
• Hands-on with microservices, agentic AI systems, and data science
• End-to-end product design experience from brief to production
• Global team management experience a plus; logistics or supply chain tech experience a plus

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $235,000 – $290,000
