📋 Description

• Build and lead the DefenseOS engineering org for WarshipOS
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap across four pillars
• Lead zonal compute architecture and centralized compute design
• Stand up software and data platform with APIs/SDKs
• Set engineering best practices, CI/CD, and test strategies
• Own program execution, milestones, and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software and systems engineering
• 6+ years leading engineering teams including managers
• Shipped real-time, mission-critical software platforms
• Hardware and software fluency across EE and integration
• Deliver under reliability, latency, safety constraints
• Cross-functional leadership with product, customers, and execs
