Head of Engineering, London - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Own and evolve AutogenAI's technical strategy (in collaboration with our Chief Technical Architect)
• Act as a senior technical voice at leadership level, partnering with the Chief People Officer and
• Represent Engineering in customer facing scoping sessions with our top Enterprise clients.
• Make and own high-stakes decisions that affect the whole engineering organisation.
• Review, evolve and continuously improve the operational backbone of engineering: delivery
• Own engineering-wide operational excellence- monitoring, triage, incident response and recovery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (e.g.
• Demonstrated experience managing other engineering leaders (Tech Leads/EMs), not just direct
• Experience leading engineering teams across multiple countries or time zones is highly desirable.
• Strong technical grounding, ideally with experience across TypeScript-based stacks (React, NestJS
• Demonstrated experience building engineering operations- incident management, monitoring, delivery
• Comfortable operating at senior leadership level, reporting into and partnering with C-suite/People
