📋 Description

• Set the target-state SaaS portfolio, integration standards, and data-flow patterns; govern platform
• Lead high-visibility programs across quote-to-cash, pricing/packaging, and consumption billing
• Multiply team output through automation by eliminating manual parts of configuration, change
• Apply practical AI to team workflows and platforms in partnership with the AI and Data Engineering
• Expand internal self-service across Finance, GTM, People, Legal, CX through documentation
• Build audit-ready systems with IT general controls (access reviews, segregation of duties, change

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise or business applications
• 5+ years leading teams in a fast-paced startup environment, with manager-of-managers experience and
• Ownership of a multi-platform SaaS portfolio at scale spanning CRM, ERP, HRIS, and integration
• Deep Salesforce experience including quote-to-cash and CPQ/RevCloud with pricing/packaging
• Hands-on familiarity with integration platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Tray, with a
• Measurable automation outcomes (clear metrics, baseline, current status)
