Head of Enterprise FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the complete financial planning cycle, including the annual operating plan (AOP)
• Design and manage the planning calendar, establish milestones and assumptions, coordinate inputs
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework, standardize financial definitions
• Personally develop and maintain financial models, evaluate assumptions, challenge departmental
• Replace manual, fragmented workflows with efficient, repeatable planning and reporting processes.
• Work directly with executive leadership to support strategic decisions, communicate financial

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning, ideally in
• Demonstrated experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear financial planning cycles
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate assumptions, assess
• Hands-on experience improving financial consolidation, reporting systems, planning processes, and
• Ability to develop scalable frameworks, establish consistent methodologies, document processes, and
• Proven ability to align competing priorities, coordinate multiple departments, and maintain
