Head of Enterprise FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the full planning cycle, from AOP to reforecasts to LRP, and run it end to end with the project
• Pull inputs from every function and pressure-test them, setting the planning frameworks
• Build the single source of truth: one set of financial definitions and KPIs, and global
• Replace manual work with scalable systems, designing and documenting the planning and reporting
• Sit at the table with executive leadership, turning financial insight into decisions and holding

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning, ideally in a high-growth or
• A track record of running AOP and multi-year planning cycles end to end, from kickoff to final
• The ability to align competing priorities across functions and keep teams moving toward the same
• Advanced financial modeling skills, plus hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting
• Clear, confident communication and the influence to drive accountability at every level, from
