📋 Description

• Own enterprise risk framework — identify, assess, and prioritize enterprise risks.
• Integrate risk governance into business planning and decision-making.
• Lead and develop EH&S, access management, third-party risk, and new-facility security programs.
• Set direction, standards, and accountable outcomes for risk programs.
• Support policy, strategy, and standards development; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Anticipate emerging risks and advise leadership on readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise risk, safety, resilience, or security program leadership.
• Experience building an enterprise risk management framework integrated into business planning.
• Led multi-disciplinary programs at scale across organizations.
• Strong people leadership and ability to translate risk into operational programs.
• Clear communication of risk to executives and stakeholders.
• Systems thinking; forward-looking and proactive risk management.
