Head of ESG Reporting & Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ESG reporting: timelines, plans, coordination, reviews, delivery.
• Build and run the reporting cadence with working groups and exec reviews.
• Partner with SMEs to gather inputs, clarify ownership, track milestones.
• Coordinate with leaders to reflect KPIs and progress in reporting.
• Create repeatable data collection, metrics, evidence, validation, and review.
• Develop project plans, status updates, briefs, and board materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or scaling ESG, sustainability, risk, or governance programs.
• Strong program management and cross-stakeholder execution skills.
• Fluency with ESG frameworks, disclosures, evidence, and internal controls.
• End-to-end reporting experience, including timelines and sign-off.
• Ability to work with executives and translate ambiguity into practical plans.
• Strong analytical skills with ESG metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes.
