📋 Description

• Define product vision and strategy for the exchange infrastructure layer, covering the matching
• Lead product team development, managing four to five Product Managers and fostering a culture of
• Consolidate exchange infrastructure, leading migration from multiple independent matching engines
• Build a unified, reusable platform that enables product teams to share common capabilities.
• Establish performance standards, monitoring key metrics like p99 latency, throughput, uptime, and

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience for exchanges, trading platforms, or high-performance
• People management, mentoring and developing Product Managers.

• Matching engine expertise with understanding of architecture and low-latency, high-throughput
• Platform product management for internal customers and reusable infrastructure.
• Technical and analytical judgment for architectural decisions and trade-offs.
