Head of Executive Assessment (part time, 12 month FTC)

📋 Description

• Lead high-profile executive assessment activity for senior hiring and leadership development
• Conduct behavioural assessments, Hogan debriefs and leadership discussions
• Coach senior leaders on Hogan feedback and development opportunities
• Produce clear assessment reports and practical recommendations
• Support onboarding and transition planning after assessments
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and leaders as expert advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Occupational Psychologist or equivalent background; MSc in Occupational/Organisational
• Significant experience in leadership/executive assessment in large, complex organisations
• Strong experience coaching senior leaders and providing high-quality feedback
• Strong knowledge of Hogan assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI)
• Excellent report writing; able to turn complex data into insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting hiring, talent, succession and development decisions
