🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance ideally within a growth-stage or late-stage startup
• Strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, and operational modeling
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and experience familiarity with executing audits and compliance
• Proven ability to design and implement financial planning processes and internal controls
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to drive performance
