Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own management reporting across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-vs-actual and profitability
• Build and maintain budgeting and forecasting cycles including operating budgets, cash-flow
• Design and operate a robust financial control framework with reconciliations, SLAs, approval
• Manage settlements, including provider fees, minimum fees, surcharges, refunds, chargebacks, FX
• Oversee finance across multiple entities, currencies and intercompany transactions with

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, including at least 3 years leading a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments/PSP/acquiring/banking or other high-volume transactional business.
• Experience transforming manual Excel-based reporting to automated data pipelines and reporting.
• Hands-on P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and forecasting ownership; ability to define metrics and
