Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management reporting across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-vs-actual
• Build and maintain budgeting/forecasting cycles, cash-flow forecasts, scenario planning, obligation
• Design and operate a robust financial control framework with reconciliations, approvals, audits
• Oversee merchant settlements, including fees, surcharges, refunds, chargebacks, FX, and transfers.
• Lead finance across multiple entities, currencies, and intercompany transactions; consolidate for
• Drive automation by defining KPIs, data sources, and acceptance criteria for dashboards/reports

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, with at least 3 years managing a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments/PSP/acquiring/banking or other high-volume transactional business.
• Experience moving from manual reporting to automated data pipelines and reporting.
• Strong multi-entity/currency/intercompany leadership; hands-on P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
• Ability to define metrics, standardize calculations, and develop unit economics by
• Understanding of payment flows, settlements, provider fees, refunds, chargebacks, FX, and transfers.
