Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the finance team, bookkeepers, payroll, audits, and reporting
• Oversee monthly closings, reconciliations, payments, and controls
• Prepare financial and board reports; support strategy with analytics
• Partner with CFO on pricing, strategy, and key business decisions
• Support GTM with quote creation and approvals
• Improve finance processes and reporting standards

🎯 Requirements

• CPA license - must.
• 7+ years leading a finance team after internship.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, audit, reporting, budgeting, and controls.
• Experience managing finance team members, bookkeepers, and external providers.
• Big 4 experience - advantage; hands-on, detail-oriented.
