Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead management reporting: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-vs-actual, profitability by
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning across entities
• Design robust financial controls, reconciliations, and approval workflows
• Manage merchant settlements, fees, refunds, FX, and intercompany transfers
• Partner with Data, Dev, Treasury to automate reporting and improve insights
• Build scalable finance operations for growth across markets

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance; 3+ years leading a finance team
• Fintech/payments/PSP/acquiring or high-volume transactional experience
• Experience automating finance processes and data pipelines
• Strong multi-entity/currency management and P&L ownership
• Ability to define metrics and unit economics by product/customer
• Proficient in reporting to C-level and external partners
