Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Build and lead the finance team and the Business Analysts hub.
• Build treasury from scratch: cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Set FX policy and hedging; oversee FP&A execution.
• Own banking relationships and board financial reporting.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, planning, and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years managing teams.
• Strong business acumen and root-cause problem solving.
• Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and board-level reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
