Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the global finance function: FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury.
• Advise CEO/COO on forecasting, liquidity, capital structure, financing.
• Support M&A evaluation, scenario planning, and post-transaction integration.
• Build an AI-native finance function with automation and AI workflows.
• Manage the finance team and scale systems with governance.
• Hybrid role based in Toronto; 1 day in office per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Global, multi-currency finance leadership experience.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Treasury expertise: liquidity planning, banking, debt, FX.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction accounting and transfer pricing.
• Proven leader building scalable finance teams and processes.
• Experience with automation and AI-enabled finance tools.
