📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the Swedish business.
• Drive P&L performance across business areas, with a strong focus on revenue, gross margin
• Develop customer, contract and business area profitability analysis to support commercial and
• Identify performance gaps, challenge underlying assumptions and drive corrective actions together
• Provide the Country Manager and Leadership Team with clear, actionable insights to support
• Own and develop the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, connecting sales pipeline, customer

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in a senior Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling, Revenue Operations or
• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, P&L management and profitability
• Strong commercial understanding, including sales performance, revenue forecasting, pipeline
• Experience developing performance management frameworks, KPIs, reporting structures and scalable
• A track record of working closely with senior management and influencing strategic and operational
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to drive change, build accountability and develop
