Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Partner closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit processes.
• Deliver clear, concise, and data-backed reporting to investors and board members, turning complex
• Identify risks and opportunities in financial performance and proactively drive course-corrective
• Guide the design and implementation of scalable reporting tools and dashboards to support
• Lead and grow the FP&A team, mentoring analysts and managers to become strategic business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in finance, with a strong foundation in financial statements, accounting
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm, particularly in audit, deals, valuation, financial due
• At least 2 years of experience in a startup, scale-up, or technology company following consulting
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and evaluating business
• Experience in preparing investor presentations, board decks, or executive-level financial reports
